Volunteer Opportunities
JBK9 does require volunteers for various duties.
Do you enjoy working with dogs or participating in their training. Do you enjoy the outdoors, are physically fit and have wilderness experience?
You could be a “missing person”! Search dogs do require people to hide for them for their training.
Or, you could accompany a K9 Handler on a search. It is essential for safety and for a second set of eyes.
Do you want to help but not necessarily by being on a search or in a training session? Do you have vacant buildings, wooded property or a Quonset for winter training? We would love to hear from you.
