Would you potentially like to get into the world of scent detection but wonder if your dog is suitable? This K9 working assessment is your first step.

This 1 hour session will asses your dogs workability, trainability and drive within the scent detection field. It will also act as an information session to give you some understanding of this field of work.

Once the dog has completed the assessment and is found suitable then the dog can enroll in the imprinting training program.

Whether you want to compete in CKC nose work or get into the field of scent detection with your dog, we have you covered.

Imprint your dog on the odor of your choice.

We offer board and train services which will have your dog trained and searching for an odor within 15-30 days. After you will work together with the trainer to learn how to continue the training.

We also offer a private one on one course that will walk you and your dog through the imprinting process. This runs over the course of 6 weeks with 6 sessions.

This training service is for handlers that already have a dog searching for an odor and are looking for help in an area of their search. Examples

-Fine tune your dogs trained final response “Alert”

-Build more drive in your dog to search

-Work on your reward delivery and timing

-Leash handling skills and reading your dogs change of behavior

This is for handlers who are looking to step up their game or are in need of a second set of eyes to improve their training program.
